Delivery & Returns
Currently, we deliver only in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
If you are outside of Switzerland and like the look of any of the wines on our website do get in touch at info@grape-escape.ch and we will do our best to help you locate them in your area.
We will deliver the wines to the address indicated by you and in the manner specified in the order summary.
Upon delivery, please verify the content of the delivery and, in case of anomalies, send us an email at info@grape-escape.ch as soon as possible. You may also refuse to accept the parcel if visibly damaged.
How long does it take
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible; the wines should be with you the within 5 working days.
Delivery costs
We ship all of our wines from a specialised food and drinks warehouse and your wine is shipped in eco-friendly protective wine packaging to ensure it gets to you in pristine condition.
There will be a delivery charge of 11.9 CHF for orders under 150 CHF, but delivery is free on orders over 150 CHF.
Failed delivery
The Owner cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the execution of the purchase order by the User, nor for any damages or delays after handover to the carrier if the latter is arranged by the User.
If the goods are not received or collected at the time or within the deadline specified, the goods will be returned to the Owner, who will contact the User to schedule a second delivery attempt or to agree on the future course of action.
Unless otherwise agreed, any delivery attempt starting from the second shall be at the User’s expense.
We hope you love your wine but if you are dissatisfied with the wine or service please contact us at info@grape-escape.ch to allow us to rectify the problem.
If for some reason your order arrives damaged or the wrong wine has been delivered, please contact us and we will arrange for a collection, exchange or refund.
Please note our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
Refunds
If for some reason you do have to return a product, this must be pre-approved. Your return will be inspected and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, you can choose between a discount coupon for your next order in the value of the damaged wine or a credit to your credit card or original method of payment. Your refund will be processed within 14 days.
