100% grenache. Manual Harvest, then long fermentation with natural yeast. Aged for 18 months in stainless steel, and then bottled.
Characteristics
Deep ruby color with purple hues. Aromas of red fruit, spices, and coffee. Winemaker Michel Escande says: “Be patient with this beauty, and in 5 or 10 years, you’ll see a gypsy dream dancing under the Seville moonlight in your glass”.

Stew, grilled meat, spicy dishes.
