60% Nero Di Troia, 25% Montepulciano, 15% Bombino Bianco. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with skin maceration for 12–15 days at 24–26°C. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months and then in bottle for 4 months.
Characteristics
Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose is fruity, with notes of raspberry, plum, blackberry, and a spicy finish. On the palate, it is fresh, fruity, and easy to drink.
