100% Vermentinu from 30 year old vines on clay-limestone-rich soils. Spontaneous fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C. Aging: 2/3 stainless steel tanks, 1/3 oak barrels.
Characteristics
Aromas of fruits (pear, quince) with a touch of white flowers. Powerful and persistent taste, very explosive with notes of white fruits (apricot) and a beautiful saline finish.
Pairing
Aperitif, seafood, soft and semi-soft cheese.
