Materia Prima 2021
Blend of 50% Grüner Veltliner and 50% Traminer of 40-years-old vines on loess soil. The grapes are hand-selected, destemmed and fermented spontaneously in concrete eggs with the skins for 14 days. 25% of the wine is then aged for 12 months in concrete eggs and the other 75% in 2000 L used wooden barrels.
Characteristics
Intense golden color. On the nose, candied orange peel, pepper, wheat, fennel, ginger root, rose petals, sourdough bread crust. Extremely complex. Dancing on the palate, finest tannins, highly drinkable and long on the finish.

Aperitif, risotto with seashells, seafood.
