100% Maturana Blanca, a native Rioja grape variety documented as early as 1622, fermented in 225-liter oak barrels at 16°C and then aged in barrels on the yeast for 5 months.
Characteristics
Lemon yellow color with aromas of citrus, apple, and subtle nuttiness. The palate shows well-integrated oak and a fresh, lingering finish, where acidity and freshness dance together.

Aperitif, charcuterie, seafood, white meat.
