Fontanasanta Nosiola 2022
100% Nosiola grape grown on chalky-clayey soil. Alcoholic fermentation begins after 24 to 36 hours using only indigenous yeasts. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in terracotta amphorae. Aged for 8 months in terracotta amphorae, in maceration with the skins, without racking, followed by blending and two months in old oak and acacia tuns. Aged for another 2 months in the bottle before selling.
Characteristics
Golden color. The nose is pronounced on intense scents of exotic fruit, citrus fruit, flowers, herbs. Very mineral. It has a great body and balance. Sapid and discreetly fresh, with a distinct soft and creamy component, it closes long, with great elegance.
