Tai Rosso 2016
100% Tai Rosso. The grapes are hand-harvested and transported to the winery. There, the grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts, macerating on the skins for about 21 days in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in French oak barrels for around one year.
Characteristics
A red color tending toward garnet. On the nose, it reveals fruity aromas, with pronounced notes of wild berries. Spicy hints of black pepper and cinnamon are also present. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, enveloping and warm, with a fresh sensation on the finish.
