100% Teroldego. The grapes are hand-harvested and then fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks. This is followed by 12 months of aging, partly in wood and partly in concrete.
Characteristics
Deep ruby color. Intense black fruit aromas with spicy notes. On the palate, it’s juicy and fresh, featuring delicate, fruity tannins, persistent flavors, and a hint of delicate salinity.
Pairing
Cured meat, mushroom risotto, pasta with bolognese sauce.
